(Together with our affiliates and subsidiaries, “XSolutions”, “we”, “us”, “our” and terms of similar meaning) and our related products and services. Contact data may also be logged into our HubSpot CRM system on a cloud server based in United States using Amazon Web Services (AWS). We do not use the information you provide to make any automated decisions that might affect you.
We keep inquiry emails for two to seven years, in accordance with our retention policy. CRM records are kept for one year if we do not receive a response to previous communications. Opt-outs are removed immediately upon receiving a request.
When you download a document from the site
When you request to download a document, such as a brochure, white paper, or other information product, we ask you for your name, the name of your company, contact telephone number and email address.
We use this information to email you a link to download or otherwise provide access to the requested document. We may also email you after your download in order to follow up on your interest in our products and services.
